We want you and your pet to love your BRAVA gloves. If something isn't right, here's how we'll help.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send anything back.

Returns for any other reason

You can return your gloves within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll email you return instructions. Please don't mail items back without contacting us first.

• Gloves must be cleaned (fur removed) and in good condition.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer and is not refunded.
• Once we receive your return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
